Since a game reset lost all my target areas, had to look to find the original quest giver. Pretty sure it starts in Wingrest Embassy with Dierdre Flemmin and Artisan’s Supply: Resilient Leather Boots.

Nice reward for LW. 2 Lustrous Scales and 2 Dense Hides.

Haephesta is next to the flight master at Ruby Life Pools, The Waking Shore.

I finally found a fair group of salamanthers and one at least that dropped the scale. It’s by the river south and east of Cloverwood Hollow. /way 71 69
