hi, I was planning to farm this card for 2x Obliteration, but I have no idea about the place at that this card drops.

Don’t know where it drops, but very few of these cards for items are SSF viable. Whispering Ice. Tabula Rasa. Life Sprig. Most of the others are too rare to warrant farming for them.
