If anything was missing or damaged when you purchased World of Warcraft/Burning Crusade, please return it immediately to the place of purchase and ask to exchange it for an unopened copy.

If the store is unwilling or unable to assist you, please see the below instructions for replacement directly through Blizzard. Blizzard Entertainment can only assist with North American English versions of our games.

For all situations a note is required that explains what happened, what is needed, your full name, your phone number, and a return address. Please type this information if possible, since hand-written addresses can make it more difficult for our team to get your replacement back to you.

Damaged or broken CD:
You will need to mail in the damaged or broken disk(s) to the P.O. box listed below. A $10 US dollar money order is required* to cover shipping and handling costs; no personal check or cash will be accepted.

Authentication Key missing or damaged:
You will need to mail in the original World of Warcraft/Burning Crusade game case to the P.O. box listed below. A $10 US dollar money order is required* to cover shipping and handling costs; no personal check or cash will be accepted.

Lost CD:
You will need to mail in any remaining CD(s) and the original case(s) to the P.O. box listed below. A $10 US dollar money order (per game) is required* to cover shipping and handling costs; no personal check or cash will be accepted. Note: Should you need it there is a downloadable version of the game.

Request for a new manual:
Please mail in a $10 US dollar money order (per manual needed) to cover shipping and handling costs, no personal check or cash will be accepted (this fee cannot be waived).

* FEE WAIVING
- 30-Day Receipt Policy: If it has been fewer than 30 days since you have purchased the game and you include a copy of the sales receipt showing the purchase date within 30 days, the $10 processing fee for that replacement will be waived.
- Eligibility: The fee can only be waived for damaged CD replacement, lost CD replacement, or Authentication Key replacement. The fee cannot be waived for lost game manuals. For lost or damaged CDs, the receipt may be up to 90 days old, but for any Authentication Key replacement, it must be no more than 30 days past.

Tracking Your Mail We suggest you use some form of tracking to make sure your mail gets to Blizzard Entertainment. If we do not receive your package we can not send the replacement.
