The Mad Merchant is a gnome vendor who occasionally appears in the Wonderworks in Dalaran and who sells several unique items for extremely high amounts of gold. He is on a random spawn timer.

The Mad Merchant Didn't spawn on EU realms yet.
That puts the spawn time to 24+
Blizz , Don't you think this is an extreme??
I check for the merchant each time I go through Dalaran and when I he's up I form a group in custom LFG, and I post here (different thread but in Gen Dis).
Good luck guys! Just keep in mind what Tom Petty said -- the waiting is the hardest part.
