Priority List

Single Target

1. Keeping Frost Fever up on the target(s) is by far the most important thing you can do.
2. Use Pillar of Frost on cooldown or save it for about 5 seconds to get use on either a burst phase or AoE.
3. Using up a Rime proc is one of the most important things you can do.
4. If you have 80 or more Runic Power use Frost Strike.
5. Using Glacial Advance on cooldown is one of the best things you can do.
6. If you have a Killing Machine proc and no Rime proc, use Obliterate.
7. If you are regenerating less than 3 runes, use Obliterate.
8. If you are regenerating at least 3 runes and have 5 razorice stacks, Frost Strike.
9. If you have nothing else to do and have runes left to spend, use, Obliterate.
10. If you have no runes left and are not about to cap on Runic Power, use Horn of Winter.
11. If you have no runes left and nothing is up, use Frost Strike.
12. If there is nothing else to do and no runes to spend, use Empower Rune Weapon and spend the resources you gained quickly.

2-3 Targets

1. Keeping Frost Fever up on the target(s) is by far the most important thing you can do.

10. If you are regenerating at least 3 runes and have 5 razorice stacks, Frost Strike.
11. If you have nothing else to do, Obliterate.
12. If you have no runes left and nothing is up, use Frost Strike.
13. If there is nothing else to do and no runes to spend, use Empower Rune Weapon and spend the resources you gained quickly.

• Not wasting Runes and Runic Power are by far the most important things for this build.
• Floating around 50 Runic Power is common and is not bad and you should not be looking to instantly spend it unless you have used cooldowns.
• Dumping resources during Pillar of Frost is the most valuable time to do it. You preferably want to use Empower Rune Weapon during Pillar of Frost.
