I just bought an item. Where did it go
When an auction is complete, the items and money are automatically sent via the in game mail system to the appropriate players. The buyer of the item will receive an in game mail from the Auction House they bid at with the item attached to it. The seller of the item will receive an in game mail from the Auction House they sold at with the money for the item sold attached to it. There is an Auction House consignment fee for selling items which is deducted from the sale price. This consignment fee is higher at Everlook, Booty Bay, and Gadgetzan.
Note: There is a delay in the mail system. Any time an in game letter is sent with items or money attached, it might take as much as 1-2 hours before you get access to the letter from any mailbox.
