Background Information
- To socket a gem Shift-Right Click the piece of equipment you want to socket. Drag the gems into the sockets you wish to fill. Then click Socket Gems.
- Gems do not need to match the color of a socket to be socketed. They only need to match the color of the socket if you wish to gain the socket bonus once they have all been filled.
Meta Gem Requirements
- These can only be made from a Skyfire Diamond or a Earthstorm Diamond both are made by Alchemy and have a 48 hour cooldown period.
- Meta gems require so many of certain colors to be socketed to gain the effect the gem.
Ex. Requires 5 Red and 5 Blue Gems - In this case you will need to have at least 5 red and 5 blue gems socketed on any of your pieces of gear you wear to gain the stat bonus of the meta gem.
