Rune System works VERY similar to the Rogue energy system... Your abilities will take 1 or two runes, from the different types of runes... and they will replenish over time....
You also have Runic Power, which is similar to a warriors Rage... as you use Rune Based abilities, you gain Runic Power... This is used for a multitude of spells, Death Coil, etc....
Spell Damage is based on Attack Power... so there is NO need to roll on Spell Damage gear.... bump up your AP, and up goes your Spell Power...
