Stratholme

STRETCHING ACROSS THE NORTH TO NORTHWEST PORTIONS of the Eastern Plaguelands lies Stratholme. This double-wide instance plays home to numerous high-level quests, and plenty of elite mobs and bosses to match.
Although it's all connected, Stratholme is generally referred to as having two "sides." The main gate in the northwest leads to what's usually referred to as the "Scarlet" or "Live" side, venturing into the Scarlet Bastion and culminating with fights against Achivist Galford and Grand Crusader Dathrohan. The East Gate, which requires the Key to the City, leads to what's usually referred to as the "Undead" side or "Baron" raid, due to its culminating with Baron Rivendare at the Slaughterhouse.
Changes throughout the year have made Stratholme pretty easy to complete in a 10-man raid; if you're new to level 60, it's worth doing a few raids to get the hang of things before attempting to do it in a 5-man group, which is much more challenging. Following is a list and explanations of all the quests associated with both sides of Stratholme; for a better idea of what to expect, check out the Strat Live walkthrough and Strat Undead walkthrough.

Houses of the Holy (61+ raid)
Starts At: Leonid Barthalomew, Light's Hope Chapel (Eastern Plaguelands)
Category: Stratholme
Travel to Stratholme and search the supply crates for 5 Stratholme Holy Water. Return the water to Leonid Barthalomew (there's a +1% crit ring in it for you). This quest can be done in any of the outdoor areas of Stratholme, in either a 5-man or 10-man group.
Smokey LaRue

The Great Fras Siabi (61+)
Starts At: Smokey LaRue, Light's Hope Chapel (Eastern Plaguelands)
Category: Stratholme Live - 5-man
Find Fras Siabi's smoke shop in Stratholme and recover a box of "Siabi's Premium Tobacco." Entering through the Stratholme main gate, just keep turning left until you reach a dead end and you'll find the box (near the Stratholme Courier), which spawns Siabi when opened. Return to Smokey LaRue when the job is done for the underwhelming reward of "Smokey's Lighter" (a fire damage trinket).
Betina Bigglezink

The Flesh Does Not Lie (61+)
Starts At: Betina Bigglezink, Light's Hope Chapel (EP)
Category: Stratholme - 5-man
Recover 20 Plagued Flesh Samples from Stratholme and return to Betina Bigglezink. The samples drop off the undead, and only in a 5-man group. This quest is most commonly done as part of Strat Live 5-man runs.
The Active Agent (61+)
Starts At: Betina Bigglezink, Light's Hope Chapel (EP)
Category: Strat Undead - 5-man
Once you've completed "The Flesh Does Not Lie," you get this quest to explore the ziggurats (the buildings where the bosses reside) throughout Strat Undead. You'll find the Scourge Data in a box in one of the three ziggurats.
Egan - The Restless Souls

The Restless Souls, part 1 (61)
Starts At: Caretaker Alen, Light's Hope Chapel (Eastern Plaguelands)
Zones: Eastern Plaguelands
Caretaker Alen, just south of Light's Hope Chapel, gives you a quest to find Egan, who is working to free the souls of Stratholme. Egan can be found in a little shack in Terrordale, not far from the Terrorweb Tunnel.
The Restless Souls, part 2 (61+)
Starts At: Egan, Eastern Plaguelands (EP)
Category: Stratholme Live - 5-man
In a quest that should delight Ghostbusters fans, Egan (ahem) gives you a blaster to use on the ghostly citizens in Stratholme. You can usually find enough citizens to complete the quest in the early areas of Strat Live. Set 15 citizens free and return to Egan to complete the quest.
Baron Rivendare's chain

The Archivist (61+)
Starts At: Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff, Light's Hope Chapel (EP)
Category: Stratholme Live - 5-man
The quest chain to kill Baron Rivendare actually starts with this quest in Strat Live. Find Archivist Galford of the Scarlet Crusade, kill him and burn down the Scarlet Archive, using the book on his desk. Galford is just about at the end of the Strat Live run, and must be killed in a 5-man group.
It's worth starting Tirion Fordring's quests in the Eastern Plaguelands before attempting this, as Fordring also gives "Of Love And Family" (see below), another mission involving the Archivist, and you might as well complete them in one run.
The Truth Comes Crashing Down (62+)
Starts At: Head of Balnazzar
Category: Stratholme Live - 5 or 10-man
Once you've completed "The Archivist" -- which means you've returned to Light's Hope Chapel and turned in the quest -- the head of Balnazzar (at the end of the Strat Live run) will drop the next time you kill him (in either a 5 or 10-man group). Take his head to Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff in the Eastern Plaguelands, who gives you "Above and Beyond," the quest to kill Baron Rivendare.
Medallion of Faith (60+)
Starts At: Aurius, Strat Undead
Category: Stratholme Live - 5-man
While en route to "The Archivist" in Strat Live, hopefully you grabbed the Medallion of Faith from the chest in Malor the Zealous' room. This item goes to Aurius, who's in a little chapel at Elder's Square just inside the Strathome East Gate (at the beginning of the Strat Undead run). When you turn this in, Aurius will appear after beating the Baron in his chamber (see below) and offer you a choice of Will of the Martyr (+10 Sta, +30 Attack Power necklace) or Blood of the Martyr (+15 Sta, +10 Int ring).
Above and Beyond (62+)
Starts At: Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff, Light's Hope Chapel (Eastern Plaguelands)
Category: Stratholme Undead - 5-man
Enter Stratholme (Undead side), defeat Baron Rivendare, and bring his head back to Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff at Light's Hope Chapel. Getting to and defeating the Baron in a 5-man group is one of the tougher 5-man challenges in World of Warcraft; simply finding a group to attempt it can be tough.
Lord Maxwell Tyrosus (62+)
Starts At: Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff, Light's Hope Chapel (EP)
Zones: Eastern Plaguelands
With the Baron defeated, speak with Lord Maxwell Tyrosus inside the church.
The Argent Hold (62+)
Starts At: Lord Maxwell Tyrosus - Light's Hope Chapel
Zones: Eastern Plaguelands
Enter the Argent Hold for your reward. There are three choices: the Argent Avenger (41DPS off-hand sword), the Argent Crusader (53DPS 2H Staff) and the Argent Defender (2121 AC shield).
Tirion Fordring's chain

Of Love and Family, part 2 (60+)
Starts At: Artist Renfray - Caer Darrow (Eastern Plaguelands)
Category: Stratholme Live - 5-man
Part of the Tirion Fordring chain, travel to Stratholme (Live side), recover Artist Renfray's painting from the Archivist's room, and return it to Tirion. This must be done in a 5-man group.
