Primary attributes enhanced: Damage spells

Tier 1:

Improved Wrath - 5 pts total
Decreases the casting time of your wrath by up to 0.5. With this talent your wrath cast timer at level 60 would only be 1.5 sec, which increases your DPS while using this spell.

Nature¡¯s Grasp - 1 point
Self buff that gives you a 35% to cast Entangling Roots on a target if/when they land a successful melee hit. Lasts 45 seconds, 1 minute cooldown. This talent will help in PVP and sometimes PVE situations where you won¡¯t have the time or ability to cast roots without being interrupted.

Improved Nature¡¯s Grasp - 4 pts total (req 1 point in Nature¡¯s Grasp)
Putting 4 points here will improve the chance to root by Nature¡¯s Grasp on successful melee attack to 100% instead of 35%

Tier 2 (5 pts in balance req):

Improved Entangling Roots - 3 pts total
3 points will give you 100% chance to avoid interruption caused by damage while casting roots. Remember that you can still be interrupted by abilities that specifically interrupt spells (earth shock, pummel, etc).

Improved Moonfire - 5 pts total
Increases damage and critical strike chance of Moonfire by 10% total with all 5 points. 10% damage is very little and crit damage for moonfire without further talents or +damage gear is only around 300-400 damage (critical damage apply to the direct damage portion and not the DoT). If you invest these 5 points you might as well go further down the line.

Natural Weapons - 5 pts total
Increases physical attack damage by 10% total. This talent works for cat and bear forms as well. For those that primarily use feral forms, this increases your overall DPS by 10%. Great talent.

Natural Shapeshifter - 3 pts total
Reduces mana cost of all shapeshifting by 30% if you invest 3 points. For those that shapeshift a lot this will save you a ton of mana in the long run, especially since you don¡¯t have that much to spare if you use feral gear.

Tier 3 (10 pts in balance req):

Improved Thorns - 3 pts total
Thorns do 75% more damage with 3 pts invested. Thorns is great against fast attacking opponents such as rogues and dual-wielding warriors.

Omen of Clarity - 1 point (req 5 points in Natural Weapons)
Each of the druid's melee attacks has a chance of giving the druid clearcasting state, letting the next ability used cost 0 rage, energy or mana. Lasts 5 minutes. Great ability but it can be purged/dispelled. Lowers your downtime in caster form due to possibly free heals, and lets you spend less time waiting for rage/energy buildup in bear/cat forms.

Nature¡¯s Reach - 2 pts total
Increases range of Wrath, Entangling roots, Faerie fire, moonfire, starfire, and hurricane by 20% total. Longer range gives you the ability to catch runners easier.

Tier 4 (15 pts in balance req):

Vengeance - 5 pts total (req 5 points in Improved Moonfire)
Increases critical strike damage bonus of your Starfire, Moonfire, and Wrath spells by 100%. Notice that this is not critical strike chance, but bonus damage. This simply means that if by default, you gain 100 more damage for a critical strike, you will gain 200 instead. Your moonfire at level 60 will crit about 500 to 600 with this talent.

Improved Starfire - 5 pts total
Reduces casting time of Starfire by .5 seconds, making it 3 seconds at level 60, and also has a 15% chance to stun target for 3 seconds. Starfire does the most high end damage out of all of damage spells (which means higher crit numbers), these added bonuses will make it more worthwhile.

Tier 5 (20 pts in balance req):

Nature¡¯s Grace - 1 point
All spell criticals reduces the casting time of your next spell by 0.5 seconds. This includes heals as well.

Moonglow - 3 pts total
Reduces mana cost of Moonfire, Starfire, Wrath, Healing Touch, Regrowth, and Rejuvenation by 9% total with all 3 points invested. That¡¯s a better portion of your spells, which makes this talent worth getting if you are this far down the balance tree anyway.

Tier 6 (25 pts in balance req):

Moonfury - 5 pts total (req 1 point in Nature¡¯s Grace)
Increases damage done by Moonfire, Starfire, and Wrath by 10% total.

Tier 7 (30 pts in balance req):

Moonkin Form - 1 point
Turns you into a Moonkin. Your armor is increased by 360% and all party members within 30 yards have their spell crit chance increased by 3%. You can only cast balance spells (no heals) while in this form.
