Why does my item say it has an on "use effect", but doesn¡¯t do anything
Currently, there are several items that have the effects listed as ¡°on use¡± when they should be ¡°on equip¡±. Due to this, the effects will not function at this time. However, these items should be fixed soon in an upcoming patch. The following are items we are aware of:
