Blood Tap Blood Immediately activeates a Blood Rune and temporarily converts it into a Death Rune. This rune counts as a Blood, Unholy, or Frost Rune. Lasts 20 sec. 64
Dark Command Blood Commands the target to attack you, but has no effect if the target is already attacking you. 65
Death Pact Blood Sacrifices an undead minion, healing the Death Knight for 20% of his max health. 66
