Increased Stealth:
For reference, Stealth is a skill like any other and gains +5 per level so at level 60 you have 300. The Talent "Master of Deception" Gives a +15 to your stealth skill (3 per talent point spent) and Shadowmeld gives a +5 to your stealth skill passively. The Enchant to cloak gives +5 and the boots between +5 and +8. So, a Rogue (300) Night Elf (+5) with MoD 5/5 (+15), and the enchant (+5), and stealth boots (+5) actually stealths like a level 66 rogue (330) would.

* Although not a leather item and thus not usually associated with rogues it does serve a good purpose now and then in PvP and certainly adds to your arsenal.
** This is one of three of the quest rewards the level 50 Rogue Quest "The Azure Key"http://www.thottbot.com/ qu=8236 ==> Whisperwalk Boots and Ebon Mask may seem like good choices but they are eventually replaced by better items. The Duskbat Drpe however has a unique function and is probably the best reward to take.
