Throne and Liberty Adena

What is Throne and Liberty Adena?

Throne and Liberty is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) by NCSoft. It has a class-less combat system, which means players can adapt their style by picking up different weapons without feeling tied-down to a certain set of skills and abilities. Adena is the main currency item in Throne and Liberty. Getting more Adena, you can purchase your desired weapon items and upgrade your gear.

How to Get More Adena in Throne and Liberty

In order to get more Adena, you need to know more about Throne and Liberty.

  1. Class is based on your weapon choice. This operates very similarly to New World where you can have two weapon sets equipped. You can dual wield and mix/match weapon sets to make your own unique class, similar to GW2 or NW. You can level all weapons on one character which makes Alts not necessary, similar to FFXIV or NW.
  2. The game’s world is the central focus and starting point for players. Its borderless design allows for seamless connection and interaction with other players. The developers used a dungeon as an example, featuring a separate entrance and main area with multiple floors and compartments that are all connected. Players can move between floors and assist or hinder others while exploring the dungeon.
  3. The game’s weather and environment are designed to enhance the sense of realism, and players must adapt to the changing environment in order to take advantage of various opportunities. The terrain and ecosystems can change based on shifts in the environment, leading to interesting events.
  4. Events are tied to Regional Events, such as the Wolf Tail event where players collect and turn in wolf tails and there is a leaderboard and PVP involved. World Bosses are also considered events and have PVP turned on. Guild/Occupation Wars are also an event. Events that trigger with the schedule viewable on the world map. Some of these are PVP events and they have a leaderboard. They last approximately 20 minutes and each event occurs every 3 hours. Example given was the “wolf tails” event near the starter area.
  5. Memorials are server wide events that will change the server as players contribute to them and they switch to new phases over time.
  6. Fast travel appears to be limited.  There seems to be an emphasis on players using transformation skills to travel faster instead of mounts.  Players can transform into a wolf for faster land travel speed.  A shark for faster aquatic speed.  And a bird for faster air travel/gliding.
  7. Players can transform into various land, aquatic, and siege animals/monsters.
  8. While most zones in the game are safe, certain areas may become open for combat during regional events or boss raids. Players can choose whether to participate in these battles or not, and can check the schedule for upcoming events and competitions to plan their gameplay and avoid unexpected PvP encounters.

The first South Korea Closed Beta began in 2016, starting on November 30 and ending on December 4. NCSoft has rebooted the game as Project TL in NCSOFT Director Cut private event.

The game has suffered from numerous delays during development. NCSOFT officially announced Lineage Eternal as the sequel to the first Lineage, released in 1998 on November 8, 2011. The first gameplay videos debuted at the G-Star 2011 gaming convention in South Korea on November 9. In August 2013, NCSOFT was preparing to roll out the beta schedule of Lineage Eternal by the end of that year. The developers planned to initiate beta testing in Korea towards the end of year of 2015, but during a conference call in November they confirmed that closed beta testing would be delayed until ’16.

In NCSOFT Q1 2017 earning conferences, NCSOFT had said that the development team of Lineage Eternal had significant changes due to the change of game producer. The new team continued the development process of the game with a new target and changes to the game engine from a proprietary game engine that was used in Guild Wars to Unreal Engine 4. The game has changed to Project TL in 2017.

Killing Bosses to Get More Adena

Normally, completing the Main Quests is the fast way to level up your character. By killing more monsters, you have more chances to obtain Adena currency items. Slain bosses are another way to farm Adena and other valuable items.

There have been a lot of bosses shown, and they seem to be in the open world and require large raid groups to kill.
