Quest Guide

The game shows pretty well where they are, but the Scholar is a short little —- who can easily be hidden behind players and other NPCs. He’s beside the steps of Weller’s Arsenal, where the SW Weapon’s Merchants and (used to be) Weapons Trainer. Dervishian is at the very top of the Stockades tower.
